Add a Filter to "Add Custom Model > Import Open Router"

Finding a specific model in the huge list of "Import Open Router" models is extremely cumbersome.

A filter (preferably with wildcards) for the "Name" column would be enormously helpful!

Please. I use OpenRouter for all models instead of managing credits at 3 or 4 providers. Keep improving OpenRouter support.
