Knowledge Base Space Issues & Limitations of Local RAG Functionality

I'm experiencing two significant issues with the app that affect my experience as a paid user:
- Knowledge Base Storage Problem: I've deleted all information from my knowledge base but still appear to be out of space (showing 405.5K/100.0K usage despite having no connected sources).
- Limited Local RAG Functionality: I've discovered that RAG capabilities are not available when using the locally hosted version, which contradicts my understanding of the app's privacy features.
As someone who paid €100 for this app specifically for its privacy features, I'm concerned about the requirement to use cloud storage to access full functionality. This creates a contradiction - if privacy is a core selling point, why are essential features like RAG only available when using your servers instead of my local installation?
When purchasing, I don't recall seeing any clear disclosure that the locally hosted version would have reduced functionality compared to the cloud version. This limitation seems to undermine the privacy-focused marketing of the product.
While I appreciate the quality of the application overall and will continue using it for now, I'm actively exploring alternatives that offer true privacy with full functionality in their local versions. I understand the need to monetize your business, but I believe there should be transparency about feature limitations between versions.
I would greatly appreciate:
- Help resolving my knowledge base storage issue
- Consideration for enabling RAG functionality in the local version
- Clearer disclosure of feature limitations for potential customers
