Should I have specified various file formats that should be included in the export?

JSON format only serves a few use cases. Where's PDF and Markdown?

I feel like you keep releasing half-baked solutions, and it is becoming annoying that I need to follow up. This is a great way to lose some core customers contributing ideas to your product, which is especially disappointing.

Currently, our app supports exporting data in JSON format, which helps for re-importing data into the app later. All other data exports are also provided in JSON.

We're continuously improving the app based on user feedback as long as it aligns with the app's scope and capabilities.

If you'd like to export a chat as a PDF or Markdown file, you can do so by using the Share button within the chat. For Mac users, we recommend trying the PWA version for the best experience, as the Mac app is currently being improved.

If you'd like to see additional file formats supported for export, please feel free to create a new post. Our team will carefully consider your suggestion.

I appreciate the thorough response. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. I created the original post; now you're asking me to create a new one. Does that sound like you value my time or me as a contributing customer? I think most would say it does not.

Lastly, why would I want to take the time to submit suggestions when you close posts and mark them as complete when they're not like you did this one and several others of mine. Then you tell me to resubmit a new post? Seriously?
