please maintain the ability to keep providing url instead as well

Note: we can allow the user to upload if they have Cloud Sync enabled. The uploaded images will be counted toward the cloud sync storage.

This would really make the user experience better. Especially for non-technical people who have no way to host their profile pictures on their own server or something.
