When I setup a custom model integration via OpenRouter and set this model as default this setting is not persisted and each time I start new chat I need to pick the desired model from the list.

For some unknown reason GPT-4o is always picked as default (maybe because it's the first after my custom model that I've set as default) regardless of me setting up custom model as default. It happened in native MacOS app and kept on happening after I've switched to PWA. I tried removing custom model and adding it from a scratch - same outcome.

I don't have this issue when I choose non-custom model - then default setting is respected.

I have successfully set an openrouter model as default at the global model settings, and this setting is respected, strange. Does your configured model have a green dot next to it in the model list? What is the model it chooses instead of the one you configured?
